You may access and use the Website and the services offered on it if you are at least 18 years of age and you are a tire dealer or a company selling tires in good standing approved by DT Tire (the 'Client') or an employee of a Client, provided that you use this Website for commercial purposes only and at all times in compliance with the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and any additional terms governing the Website.

The owner of the Website is based in Quebec (Canada) and this Website is not intended for use in any jurisdiction where its use is not permitted.

Any person accessing or using the Website must comply with all these requirements and any applicable law including law of his/her jurisdiction. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use this Website. If you access or use the Website in violation of these provisions, you do so at your own risk and liability.

You may access and use this Website only after you have opened your account with DT Tire.

Upon opening your account, DT Tire will grant user access to the Website with administrator rights to your organization’s primary contact (the 'Administrator') , and providing him/her with a username and a password.

The Administrator may then grant access to the Website to other employees in your organization by creating 'buyer-only' or 'administrator' user accesses for them.

'Buyer-only' user access is restricted access that does not have all the functionality.

'Administrator' user access has all the functionalities.

You are responsible for the user access granted by DT Tire to your Administrator as well as 'buyer-only' user accesses and 'administrator' user accesses that you have created (collectively the 'Accesses'). Thus, you are solely responsible for the management of your Accesses, including but not limited to immediately deactivating any Access that is no longer used, deactivating the Access of your employees who are no longer part of your organization or who are no longer authorized to access the Website.

You agree that you will always provide us with true, current, complete, and accurate information as requested on any forms. If you are registering, completing any forms, or providing any other information on behalf of an entity or an individual, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to provide the information and bind the entity or individual to these Terms of Use.

You are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the Accounts information you provide to us for each of your Accesses. You will promptly notify us upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your login credentials, password or Accesses.

You also represent and warrant that you are and will be in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including, without limitation, laws and regulations related to the collection, use disclosure, and storage of personal data and you are and will be in compliance with all contractual obligations relating to personal data, including, without limitation, the Privacy policies or additional terms governing the Website.
